How about sleeper accent with turbocharged beta in it?

I also drive an 04 GLS, and plan to make it a mild sleeper. You should start with the obvious stuff like Intake, Header, and exhaust. Then there's stuff like Pulleys, an S-AFC, Spark plugs and wires etc. If you want to go higher, go for a custom Turbo and or Nitrous. Make sure you beef up the tranny to handle the extra power. Don't put a bodykit on it, and try to stay away from fancy rims. Keep the outside looking stock, and your exhaust should also be kept quiet. The other will never know what hit em.

If you gonna get I/H/E it wont be quiet..... to make a sleeper you would need to have a turbo or a supercharger, or get a new engine!!!

Im building a sleeper. Any fast elantra is a sleeper to the rest of the import community. When the turbo is done, the only thing that will give me away will be the blow off valve and some subtle aerodynamics that shant be discussed at this time.

was thinking shorty intake, throttle body, tranny oil cooler. custom exhaust.
header, . Does any one know if a differtent tourque converter is available?

you will have to contact level ten, then will make you a torque conv!

that makes the best sleeper of all... I used to eat up hybrid civics that ran in the 14's with my old 1999 auto elantra with just a nitrous kit on it ! !

anyways i would LOVE to see a 12 or even 13 second sleeper elantra!

i'm too lazy to remove nitrous everytime i go to the dealer...

my plan for my car's engine performance is: powerchip, bbtb and IM.
i already have a custom cold air box and cat-back exhaust.

that'll let me play with those new 160hp-170hp sport compacts... without being illegal or too loud.
