So i installed my new Roadmax Xenon Metal White bulbs a few weeks ago, and they are amazing. Very bright, with a great output range.
Here they are with Sylvania Super White Fog Light bulbs.. you can see the difference in whiteness.

Well i bought some cheap ebay bulbs before these, and they burnt out within a week. I've had these now for going on a month now and they are still goin strong. From what i hear, they last a fairly long time.

Hey Chris...where'd you get the Roadmax from? I ordered some off ebay and while I do like them...the fogs are not as blue-white as the main lights. Thanks!

My Roadmax bulbs (high, low, fog) from ebay are still going strong after about 1.5 years so far. :) Although I looked up the seller the other day for a friend and couldn't find him :(

actually i havnt gotten the fogs yet, the fogs i have now are sylvania bulbs, and you can see in the pictures that they kinda look yellow compared to the headlights, but from what i have heard the fogs come out nice and white too. i'll be ordering those as soon as i get my tax return. if you want to wait alittle bit, i'll post pictures when i put them in so you can see how they look... should be by after next weekend maybe...

Why would anyone want a super white FOG? I would think the more towards yellow or amber would be a better FOG. A "white" would be for a "driving light". Looks is one thing, safety another, a super white fog in the fog or snow isn't the brightest (pun?) idea I think.

I dont think that the fogs will be as bright as the headlights, but the roadmax bulbs are quality bulbs, so you'd be getting more of a uniform look between the headlights and foglights, and not have to change your bulbs monthly... just my opinion.
We'll find out soon how they look though...

i suppose andyny has a good point about safety and yellow fogs. BUT.. if you live in so cal where you really don't NEED fogs... might as well look pretty! :D

Roadmax shows a 55 and a 100w verion of the bulbs for our cars...can we use the 100w w/o problems?

I believe 100 watters burn out extremely quickly on our cars. Like a previous post said, 100w bulbs burnt out within a week.

careful with them high watt bulbs, they will melt your plugs.

I had silverstars and now i have roadmax, and the roadmax are alot whiter and brighter than the silverstars... not to mention the silverstars only lasted like 2 months... my roadmax bulbs are still going strong
