2x 1 farad Rockford Cap
1x .5 farad Rockford Cap

Why don't you just go for a single amp? That's what i'll be doing, 370RMSx2 @ 4 ohms.

With a four channel amp you can fade power to the fronts and rears independently...

My question is, though, why two separate 350w class D amps rather than one single sub amp at somwhere around 700-1000W?

About the caps - why 2.5 farads? 1 should be enough. You probably don't even need that but I'm sure the discount would make it worth it.
