I also agree that the offset may be a bit much. crimsongls 03-14-2005, 01:53 PM According to the stamping on the stock 5 1/2" width steel wheel the standard offset is 46mm. The Lancer OZ wheels are technically as close to perfect as you will find (67.1mm hub bore and 46mm positive offset) regarding fitment. This will mean that the extra 1/2" of width will be split exactly between the inside and outside of the wheel. However, if you are looking for a more aggressive stance these won't really do the job (you will need to go to a lower offset to move the outside edge of the wheel closer to the fender). The following site has a wheel offset calculator that shows how different wheel widths/offsets effect proximity to fenders and struts: http://toy4two.home.mindspring.com/offset.html I don't believe that the OZ/Enkei Lancer wheels are particularly light so, other than aesthetics, there isn't any real advantage over stock Elantra alloys.
