Someone please help me I just got done installing xm radio and a new deck 2001 Elantra 4 door GLS and I heard a bit of a spark from one of the wires so I payed no attention to it just thinking my car was alright when I got all finished turned my lights on and the right side of my car lights don't work. Does anyone have any ideas at all could it be a relay gone bad ??? I checked all the fuses and turned up nothing. Please help me !

if i had a dime for every time someone said checked all the fuses and thought they were all good, i'd have about.... $4.30.
check fuse #6. top row, 6th from the left. that controls the right side parking lights. fuse #7 controls the left side. but are you sure the head light doesn't work also? or just the parking lights? the head lights are on a different circuit completely.

Also check the fuses on the driver's side fender in the black box. There's a small possibility that one of those was blown.
However, SPB is right; there shouldn't be any crossover between the headlight and fuse #6... nor should the brake light be affected, I'd think. Perhaps you knocked a wiring harness connector loose under the dash.
Here're a few questions for you:
Exactly how were you wiring in your radio? Were you using an adapter from the factory radio harness or were you pulling power from somewhere else?
Does your new radio work?
Is it holding the radio station memory when you shut the car off?
Is the clock in the dashboard still working?
Can you list exactly which lights/components aren't working (check all your lights including the interior lights, climate control lights, power windows, door locks, etc)?
