I'm sure even our Government can afford this weapon.

Sorry, but thats just dumb...Cool...but still dumb. I was waiting for the flame to get up into the supersoaker, and that guy could have a broken rib from the ice chunk.

thats how i trained to be able to take a bullet and still get up to see if anything could be done to stop the shooter(like at a bank) or save my family/get my gun and shoot the perp, or run away at the very least
potato gun and several items were used to try and simulate the amount of pain you'd feel by getting shot with an average firearm. we used ball bearing type steel balls that were warmed with a torch but that backfired on us(not literally) because we used ones that were a little too small and actually got one to get lodged INTO my buddy's leg . . . not fun. so then we tried those little small potatoes . . you know, the little red ones . . . those hurt like a ***** but they worked perfect cause they would burst on contact.

I always wanted to do that with a Super Soaker, but, we were never stupid enough to try it like that. We wanted to rig it up so that there was little chance of the whole thing blowing up on us.
