Looks great, what do you have to finish up on the outside? You can fix the red x problem by host the pics somewhere other than imagestation. You should actually be able to use the manage attachments feature to host them straight from your pc.

Yeah, I don't have all the pics on this comp though, and if I try to get them back off the site (Imagestation) the photos aren't coming up from there either - they actually have red x's too.....it really sucks, but I'll see what I can do.

I got them all to come up, just had to do the cut and paste of the file location and then do a refesh after imagestation gives you the access denied bs. What else do you have up your sleeve? You said it's not done yet I'm just wondering what I should be getting anxious to see. And btw I love that color. I wanted a blue hatch when I got mine but one dealer wanted $200 over invoice for the blue and another dealer was giving me the rally red for $1800 under invoice. It wasn't a hard choice but I still wish my car was blue.

There are still a few things sitting in my basement ready for install but I can't do it yet as the car has to go back to the shop for retouching.....which really pisses me off, but whatcha gonna do. Should be fully ready by end of June.

Love the exterior hun (hope that doesnt offend you), but I aint feelin the silver interior, it seems that the parts that are meant to be unpainted (HVAC dials and window buttons) are painted. Or perhaps its my eyes, I have been talking with my buddy Jimmy Bean all day and still in to the night. Let me look again tomorrow when my head doesnt hurt so much. But like I said I love the outside. Great Work!

I like the interior, which is a suprise to me, as I think most interior modifications flat out look like ****. not a fan of the chrome interior handles, but I dont think that you had many other options that would match your scheme well. I hope that when you changed the shifter that it was nothing more outgoing than the color of the seat leather. I really like the clean look, but a shifter matched to the dash color would probably throw that off. I really feel that if there's too much continuity in the colors, it detracts from what you've done (I really hope your shifter is still dark colored). which brings me to my next point. the only picture of your exterior looks plain. as for me personally, I would think about trying to throw a little black on there to mix it up, I think it will really help with the car's appearance. I dont know whether it'd be better to experiment by seeing what the stock black molding looks like on the side, or having the black stuff around the windows. obviously its your car, and its for you to decide. I have no idea what they look for at shows, but if I were a judge, those would be my comments. good work

Umm, well for a teaser I will add that I will be adding several cf parts to the exterior of the car, the shifter is still black but shorter ;) I had those interior pics posted for a long time on the other forum - guess many of you didn't see it there. I'm debating on whether or not to change it. Next to the clock is hazard, wipers and tcs buttons (not sure of the order from the top of my head but that's what should be up there.) Like I said - a couple more things to fine tune on the inside and outside before it hits the shows.

I like the interior too, and I did see it on the old forum... the exterior is what surprises me this time. It looks like a lot of custom work was done with that body kit, and it looks nice, good job. :)

Maybe it's just the size of the picture, but it looks like the sideskirts are molded into the body and it looks seamless. Am I right?

I'm sure you know that we want to see more shots of the exterior, but I'll be patient. ;)

Believe it or not that body kit fit precisely....very little work was done to make it fit...Ixion did a great job in matching up the lines of the car as well as the screw holes. Basically, you either fork up the money for a good kit upon first purchasing it or you end up forking the money over when the kit gets put on the car. I was fortunate and had little body work to worry about. Fit like a glove. The body guy wished ever kit could fit as well as this one. Sideskirts are molded and there are no lines visible at all. The molding is also gone as you can see as well...couldn't stand having it there. Had it on my old car and it grew old on me, fast. I was thinking flares when I first got the kit, but think I'll leave it the way it is for now....it's nice and clean.

I was going to upload some front and rear pics today but they are a little too big for the attachments to accept, and imagestation is down....I don't have all the time to devote in editing what I have anyway....soon soon.....

inside and out it looks sweet, was just thinking though, the 04's have the hyundai symbol on the steering wheel in silver(chrome), if yours was done that would add just that little extra something to the whole package.

The exterior looks fantastic! On the interior, I REALY like how you did the back of the seats. Up front and on the doors, I not liking the silver on silver/chrome look. But to each their own. You have done an outstanding job. Looks great. Keep it going now with some suspension/ engine mods maybe?

Suspension - I have Quests on right now, they are set to medium stiff - lets just say I won't be able to drive more than an hour will the amount of bounciness going on. I haven't had time to change it yet but i'll be trying to go a little softer.

Engine - I have an AEM CAI along with a catback exhaust (what goes in must go out) and ummm, hmm, what else is in the engine bay - a strut bar - what can I say more show than go. I think the most I'll be doing there is spark plugs and wires down the road. - ooooh and Royal Purple in the engine and Redline in the tranny - along with a TWM short shifter

I've noticed this...with the synthetic in the tranny and the short shifter, I haven't yet ground a gear since I changed over....usually I do every once in a while cause I'm too quick to release my clutch before the hand moves.

By the way, new stuff will be added to the car at the end of the week <crosses fingers>

Yeah, it's the rear of the kit that won't fit the car, and potentially the sides as well. I totally forgot to send you close ups of the sills, but as you can see, they are 100 times better! Sadly, I didn't even place at Darknights.....goes to show you that I have a long way to go with the work on my car.

I am not sure if I will ever get my car to look like yours, but I am working to get it to stand out from all of the other elantras on the street. I am still new to the game, so I am glad my husband has been there to help me out. I just have to become more knowledgeable on the inside (engine...etc.) of my car. I guess the more I work on it the more that I will be aware of all that. It also helps when you have a site like this. :)

Got some new pics of my car done up again for 2005. No new changes. Only thing to come will be a set of underbody neons whenever I get a spare minute. I couldn't get a nice side pic to show the difference in the lowering stance. I have since changed over from my Quests to Eibachs so it is a bit lower and I hope it doesn't continue to settle as I'll soon be scraping the ground.
