question for pittsburgh people...

I was down in pittsburgh today for tux crap for my cousins wedding, and while we were waiting, I heard/saw a car flying past and it was a white XD with black rims, black exhaust, and black alumi/cf wing. Anyone seen that around? Im just asking out of curiosity to see if its someones on here... but i doubt it since they had the wing.

gls or gt? i haven't see either personally...my boss though swears he saw a white hatch last summer by the bar wheren his son's band was playing just about 15min before i got there.

Never saw anything like that. Unless its a custom job your boss is wrong cause there is no such thing as a white hatch

When I lived there, our '02 GT was one of the only GTs in the city. There was a burgendy one and a blue one by '03, but that was all I saw, and I worked in the city every day.

nope i never saw it either. theres only a small handfull of us here. and we never see each other haha.

Nope, like the others here, I haven't seen that one. I've had my red XD GT since 2002 and usually 1 day a week I drive down to pick up my wife one street off of Grant in Downtown Pittsburgh. There's a stock blue 04 GT that parks on Lincoln Ave in Bellevue, and I've seen some other XDs; mostly sedans, but no obviously modified ones. The only XD I see routinely downtown is a black apparently stock GT hatchback.

On a similar topic; anyone else see the black XD sedan with all the goofy flame stickers and other stickers stuck all over it? I've seen it several times in Bellevue (just west of the city). I can't believe anyone would do that to an Elantra...

i know there're no white hatches in the states unless it's a custom paint or it was brought in from canda. but seeing how my boss sees my car 5 days a week and his son has a black hatch i doubt he'd mistake a white hatch for something else from 10 feet away parked in the same lot. the guy knows his cars :)

I could make that meet, haha... but ya, it was a white GLS, and i dont have a camera phone, so no pics. sorry. It was near ross park mall (I consider that far south Pittsburgh), so maybe that helps.

Uh... no offense OPZ, but Ross Park Mall is in the North Hills of Pittsburgh... about 9 miles north of the city.

I saw a champange kitted xd in squirel hill. Looked nice.

I also see a silved xd in Mt. Lebanon with black step graphics, a fake hood scoop and a muffler that is angled down because it doesn't fit.
