Well, I guess if any gay couples are looking at buying a home, that should catch their eye.

I took courses at a college here on real estate sales, since AZ is such a hotbed for real estate right now and has been for like 10 years, and you'd be suprised how many gay people were in the class going for their license too. Apparently there's a huge untapped market there, but it's very hard to get a loan for a gay couple right now.

Oh, and did you know you need a license to sell cemetary plots, it's considered real estate too.

A guy here at work thinks that her maiden name might have been "Club"... in which case her maiden name wouldn't be much better.
