Is there any interest in me pursuing this for you guys. I've been in contact with Magnecor, and can make this happen for the forum. If you do not recognize the brand name Magnecor, they manufacture real race ignition wires. Each set is produced to order only. Here's the web site Magnecor (http://www.magnecor.com/)

I do have a question though. For those familiar with these race ignition wire sets, can you tell me what the best price out there is for the 2.0l? I want to make sure the pricing is worth it to you. I am sorry I cannot yet provide specific pricing/set numbers. However this is the right place to start, and with your help,
we can hopefully bring a good deal to the Forum members.

Please post your interest and any price&site information.

Thank you

During HyundaiPerformance.com's fall sale, I got my Magnecor wires around $65. They normally sell closer to $96 when not on sale at the same site.

Edit: Currently they cost $92.95 through HP

The $96 price is the starting point for Vendor drop ship orders from Magnecor for the KV-85's. The $65 price was a real good deal. What I am told is the obvious, qty determines price. The "if the price is right I'm in" responses are just fine. You can get a feel for the price range now. Please keep respnding. Thanks

If they could do the $65 price again, I'd do it.

I am not sure if the $65 can be done. That price was determined on a quantity they purchased, and Magnecor provides deeper discounts to those businesses stocking the wires. I have requested a quote for 10 and 20 sets. I'll know something by tomorrow evening. Magnecor is very prompt with responses.

I'm pretty sure the $65 price is going to be hard to beat. I think anywhere around $75-$85 is more reasonable.

The best I can get is 30% off list...for the Elantra. that's like $96 and some change. I'm guessing HP.com must ave bought a boat load of stock and got a big break then.
oh well...tried. I'll keep my eyes open for stuff as I go along. Thanks for the responses. It helped alot.

I know this is old, but I just wanted to share what I found......

8.5mm set http://www.ultrarev.com/ecart/shopexd.asp?id=2930

8.5mm set http://www.racerwheel.com/mag-45275.html

8mm-blue set is $77.

I'm still looking for a cheaper place.
