Not sure how or where this thread should go into, but thought I could start in here. Basically to state what type of repairs you have had or done to your car..like brakes or timing belts..etc....at what milege.

I'll start with mine.

Upgrading brakes, they have been squealing off and now now..i think they only have like 20% left..so putting crossdrilled front rotors and KVR pads on.
Car at 102,000km now

front wheel bearings at 50,000km approx
outer tie rod LF about the same time.

Rear strut RR at 35,000km - leaking oil
All struts are ok now, must have been a bad strut or batch.

TPS sensor changed at 40,000km

Plug wires at 70,000km

Front Driver's side door replaced.
Front Driver's side fender replaced.
Painted and blended in.

The brake line recall.
Rear drum brake shoes replaced. - not really a repair, more like a maintenance.
Front brake pads replaced. - same here
Front rotors cut. - same here


The guy at the dealer actually asked me what I did to my car to almost completely wear out the rear brake shoes in 3 years. I should have told him that I had to get new tires after only a year of driving too.

Can't remember the mileage for each repair.

New clutch @ 16,460 miles

Replaced Failed Fuel-Rail Dampner ($2.00 part) under warrenty at 20,000mi

Repainted Passenger-Side Rear Fender, Rear Door, Front Door, Trunk (Got Keyed) at 7,000mi ($1200)

K&N air filter cleaned at 10,000 mile intervals

EDIT- forgot they installed a $0.50 clip for the Brake Line Recall

same here as well as pass rear strut at 2500
and front brakes redone at 10000 miles

two body repairs due to accidents.

clutch, front rotors, front calipers, valve cover gasket, coolant flush, tranny service, pads, rear drums, rear struts, front struts, head gasket, timing belt, master cylinder, slave cylinder, uhhhhh lots of other things i can't remember

Brake recall........MAF sensor....TDC sensor

First was the break line recall, then got front disks and pads replaced all around 75 000 - 80 000 KM.
Many burnt lights replaced sine the last couple years and got the windshield replaced last week. The factory one was craked along the bottom and got some rock impact chips all over.

put real clamp on leaky upper radiator hose. regular oil changes. tranny fluid change: tomorrow@22,000 miles damn, no troubles with the car really...
