These are Pirelli PZero Nero M+S 215/45-17's. Tirerack rates them as superior in every category except light snow and even that one category is rated very good. I was wanting you guys opinion before laying out the coinage.

Wow! I have the Kuhmo ASX and now I'm jealous. I think I'll probably get those next time. They have great ratings!
Do you get snow in AK? If not, than a directional/asymetric tire would be better, but if you ever drive through snow, I'd get them!!

I'm in Arkansas, just a little south east of Alaska. You're not the first to get the AR mixed up with the AK. Not much snow around Arkansas, just every now and then.

I knew you were in Arkansas. I just didn't know if you guys got snow there.
I have relatives that get snow as far down as the carolinas, so I was just wondering.
What is every now and then? Once or twice a year?

Yep once or twice in a year, you have to watch out for the ice mostly. People get crazy when it turns cold here.

I just bought these from Discount Tire Direct. I only have the rear on right now....I need an alignment on the front. So far I can feel the rear end grip better and it just rained, so, great wet weather traction so far. The sidewalls seemed a little soft by pressing, but with that size tire I don't think it will be much of a problem.
