ok people, help me decide what to stock

Ok,

I have a 2 hour meeting with my general manager and parts/service director this coming wednesday. I have an extremely high budget here so price really isn't my first concern.

Help me with what I should stock here, not able to order, not sublet out. I'm talking parts in my inventory ready to ship or sell over the counter.

Warranty is a small issue, we are having a stamp made that states you could void your warranty by having these products installed,

what do you think? I'm serious here people, please don't just post some trivial information that has nothing to do with this topic.

What would you like me to stock @ wholesale prices, because remember you get everything I have for cost +25% meaning, you are getting a substantial discount from retail.

there are alot of things that I'd like to see, however all the stock in the world doesnt mean a damned thing if you cant get it back off of the shelves. (or at least to your bosses)

I think that you'd likely be able to sell customers a "heavy duty" clutch (stage 1,-even though a stage 3 would be much nicer) clutchmasters

and you'd might be able to sell the fidanza flywheels, i dont know how many customers you'll have wanting them though.

if you find a supplier of high quality intakes (fixer?) or high quality cat-back systems, then those would be good as well.

and maybe look into the hotshot header, its a pretty easy bolt on that netted some performance that I could feel in the seat of the pants.

here's some things you ought to keep in stock that MY local hyundai dealer doesnt:

manifold gaskets, TB gaskets, seals, fasteners, etc. (lol)

I really dont know how this dealer repairs any cars

I'd stock some PIAA H3 bulbs if you can for the foglights, and perhaps the 900(?) PIAA high and low beam bulbs for the headlights... I've had good luck with PIAA bulbs lasting 2 years in my Accent fog lights when other bulbs lasted about 6 months.

Custom "super white" interior bulbs (dome, glove box, etc) would be nice, too. What about clear door courtesy light covers, too?

troy, i have 20 EM, 20 IM, 20 TB gaskets in stock, I have 100 plastic and 100 white clips in stock as well.

Trust me, I work on the car just as much as anyone here, I know what parts are needed. The clips are the highest selling items ;)

You'd be suprised to see how many people are completely SHOCKED to see we stock the parts we do. Thats what you get when you hire an enthusiast.

fog lights for sure. but with them, it would be nice to have like, a copy of the factory wiring, so it can be made to look stock.

also, with a lot of these things, you should but it together as a kit. ie- sway bar/bushings/endlinks at a somewhat lower price so it doesnt all have to be bought seperate.

but all the other things people mentioned sounds like a good idea. might want to post this on NT, RD and HP to get some more comments/interest

yeah on the bypass, I sent an email to AEM to see what they could do for me. My plan is to sell the intake and bypass valve as a set, or just the bypass valve. I won't sell an intake without the valve though, for obvious liability reasons.
