Hey guys found this on ebay for really cheap I was thinking of getting them..
but I think they're only 16's instead of 17's like the posting reads.

what do you all think:

Careful. The guy either knows nothing at all about cars or is just a plain idiot. Here's why I don't like the look of this.
1) He claims 17" wheels, but the tires are 205/55/16 so obviously it's one or the other. Not a big deal, but he also has no idea what the offset of bolt pattern is, which leads to problem number 2.
2) He says they come off a Nissan 250Z.... let's guess he meant 240SX or maybe possibly a nice vintage 240Z. So yes, the bolt pattern would be 4x114.3mm, but RWD cars usually have different offsets than FWD cars, does a 240SX use an offset within 35mm and 45mm, something you need to find out.
3) $200 CDN?! even if they are only 16" and if the other 3 are in as great condition as the one pictured, it seems too good to be true. A real steal if it is all true or maybe they are so cheap is because they were a steal.

Listen, I'm not trying to rain on your parade, something about the auction and the price just doesn't sit right with me. If you do pursue these, be careful. He says in the one answer to feel free to come check them out. If you want these, go check them out.

I just like the price...but now that i've looked at them again they're pretty ugly.

either those arent 17's or they have 31 X 10.5" truck tires on them. that is ALOT of side wall for any 17" rim on a 4 lug car. they must be 16's

I hate that look in wheels, usually I say I just don't like something, but I hate these, haha. Looks like some Camaro wheels, eww.
