Yes they are. I can't wait to get my swap done. I am putting a upgraded 2.4L Turbo out of a Stratus (Mexican model) into my old '97 Neon. Engine is in and all hooked up. It is sitting at the shop to be tuned this week. I am hopeing for around 275 hp, but may be more. I know some guys putting down around 350hp from the same engine with similar upgrades.
