I've decided on getting these wheels (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=7978048517&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT) and am deciding which lugs to get with it. I've settled on either:
1) These (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&tc=photo&item=7916932196&category=33749) or
2) These (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7978076624&fromMakeTrack=true)

Does anyone have any experience with either of these? I know that I should also get hubcentric rings, correct? Are these necessary with all aftermarket wheels? Which size should I get?

The way I'm figuring it it should all break down like this:
Rims/Tires = $549
Tire size upgrade = $60
TunerLugs = ~$35
Balance/Install = $30 ->I called a local place
Rings = $15?
Total = $689

Thanks for any help.

Don't buy any of those lugs. They allow the studs to rust. Check out 671-65457 (http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prrfnbr=192843&prmenbr=361) http://www.jegs.com/photos/67165454.jpg
Our hub size is 67.1mm for the rings.

I own a black mcguard set and they are awesome. No rusting and they fit in my rim perfectly. They are the way to go and I think they come in blue and red too.
