Ok I know there are people with engine oil pressure gauges and they tapped into this one spot on the block for the sender but is there a spot on an automatic trasmission to plug the sender into for this same effect? I plan on (maybe) bulletproofing some of my trans and (definatly) turning up the pressure for quicker shifts.
If there is a spot for the sender I'm definatly buying the gauge...

Jump with a bump with another bump! :)
This is the gauge I'm considering btw.

On the 04+ Elantras, there is a bolt that turns up the pressure that is on the solenoid valve body. It is very easy to overdo the pressure, even 1 turn can crete problems. You also have to be within the normal pressures that Hyundai specifies, and must have that checked first. The TCM is programmed for a smooth shift, and will readjust the pressure accordingly.
It is also a pain in the *** to get to.

I'm not asking about where the bolt is (well, I guess I am implying it),
I'm asking is there a place to tap the pressure gauge into?
