I should have wrote this sooner.

Ordered 4 items from them on April 29th. 3 of the 4 items came in, even though they checked off that they shipped all 4. I called their 800 number and talked to a customer rep, she was real nice and friendly. I did not get drilled or the third degree, they appologized for the inconvienence and shipped the remaining object.

Very good company to deal with, I will be buying from them again.

I got all the items I ordered too, but I suppose that is to be expected, haha.

I know a couple other people have bought stuff too, let us know how your service was as well.

Well I guess Canada is really far north or something, but I ordered my stuff May 4 and it was shipped May 6 and I haven't got it yet. They used DHL Global Mail Priority.

UPDATE Well, the Canada Post office notice came the next day on the June 10, so it took about a month to get to me, but I've got it, it's all in order and I'm happy. I guess DHL takes it to the border and Canada Post takes over?
