Clear Side Indicators

Hey All,
Im new to all of this so please :bowdown: help me out. I've noticed that some of you guys have clear side indicators on your rides. I hear that the Hyundai Getz OEM ones will fit onto the Elantra. Is this true or is there an easier and cheaper way? Cheers!

i dont know about the gets.
if your talking about the gls, you can buy them from kspec.com or dreamka4u.com and they are a perfect fit because they are kdm

We don't have the Getz here in the US :(

I think your lights are the same as our GT models and no one has been able to find clears for them.

if you have a gls, you can get them from kspec or dreamka. if you have a gt, you need to email dreamka4u.com and ask them for KDM side moldings. theres no light, but thats the only alternative for a gt.

welcome to the board aussieXD2. I just ordered mine from KSpec. They come with an amber bulb, as do the front bumper clear side markers. I'm hoping they come with a cut out pattern, as I'm going to have to cut holes in the car.......but my guess is that they don't.

Are you talking about on the sides of the front bumper? We tend to call them sidemarkers, not indicators (I think we use indicators to represent the lights on the fenders like you Aussie guys have stock and we don't have at all).

Anyway, check kSpec, Dreamka4u, SR, TeamSR, EF, etc. Good luck and welcome the site.

G'day aussiexd2 and welcome to the site as well!
The getz side indicators will work with NO hassle.
You can get them at an aussie dealer for around 80 bucks AUD. :O
OR, (damn kspecs prices went up!)
Kspec has the same ones for $29US shipped.

I got the 25 dollar rectangular ones, you can see them on any kia carnival. :D
They did require some modification to fit, and you need to use your old bulb holder, unless you do some rewiring (as they're kia fitments).

Watch your hands when prying the old ones off, they're a real *****. I reckon gloves are the way to go to prevent the plastic from cutting you.

Thanks for all the help, totally didn't expect such a quick response, anyway... I went to my Hyundai Dealership and ordered the Getz side Indicators. These were the ones I was talking about.

Good Day to you! I was looking for side marker lamps for my 2002 elantra gls and I stumbled on your string. I wanted the exact style you showed in the picture -- the amber fender (not bumper) side markers. I was wandering if I could ask you to purchase the same Amber Side Indicators for the Getz at the hyundai dlr and I would pay you for the part, shipping (to usa) and the trouble via paypal --just let me know how much. (all the other links that people gave were for the clear side indicators)
