TB bypass ??? WTF?

well im in nedd of assistance i keep hearing about this tb bypass can anyone explain also smae thing about pcv bypass any infotmation helpfull

thanks all im thinking about putting a vavle in the line like this
Input flow:
y splitter
ball valve
Output flow:
ball valve y splitter


hoses conect each y splitter
and each y splitter is in between the engine and the tb

this is because i live in nj and it gets cold as heelll so i wnat to be able to turn the throttle body "Heater" back on so i dont have to wait for ever for my car to start running better


Everyone give suggetions they wopuld be apprecitated
