Unlike the 01-03 194 bulb, to my surprice the 04-05 bulb is one of these

Interesting!!! Hyundai is going to LED lights? I guess that's one way of (hopefully) overcoming the intermittent bulb longevity on a lot of the Hyundai OEM bulbs.

Where'd you find that?

Hummm , is that the same bulb they use in the trunk,,(well for the XD's) as opposed to the XD2's

Just the type of bulb OEM= incandecent, My old XD had 194 wedge

good you have one too.. i thought mine was the only one with thouse kind of bulbs... all the referance books show that stupid 194 bulb as the licance plate bulb. what bulb number was that and did you get it from superlumination? right now i have the same bulb as the domelight in there but in hyper white... leds would look awsome!
