How much $ were you able to knock off?

I am new to this forum. I found this site randomlly doing research on the elantras because I am looking to finance a 2005 Elantra GT or SE.

I would like to know how much you were able to bargain with the sales agent.

Check the paper and look at various dealerships in and outside the city, you don't have to take the car back to the dealership you bought it from for to do service on. And warrenties will be covered. Most dealerships outside the Toronto are usually cheaper, there are buying tips somewhere around like buying towards the end of the month because they want to push deals because of quotas and such. Just search around for buying tips, there are plenty out there, and there's a guy @ Burlington Hyundai that is pretty good by the name of Graham. I've delt with him regarding other issues besides buying a car and he hooked me up. I've heard he's a good salesman to deal with. But if you don't want to drive to Burlington, try other dealerships around Toronto.
