For those looking to modify their taillights, here is one they can consider!
It's "Smoked Taillight Cover" from Dreamak4u. Got it for $53 shipped
Literally, it's a simple plastic cover that goes on your existing taillight. (Attached by 3m double-sided tape already on it)
However, the look it adds to your car is simply amazing!
Look for yourselves~!

I do think that most of us know about this, but im also thinking that your one of the first to provide a full shot of it. er, wait Ilan did but that was his 01.

yeah i got mine from shark racing, same deal just cover the exsisting lights, mine are much darker and i got pulled over this weekend now i have to take em off :(

But those look real nice man !!

the problem with the excessively smoked tailights isnt at night, you can usually see them fine when its dark, but during the day it's pretty dangerous. seen a few cars with dark smoked tails and during the day i really cant see the brake lights coming on...

Overall I think they look good.

I still don't like them 100% because of how they aren't flush (obviously).

Here in Miami it wouldn't be a good idea. With the downpours we have here, stock lights are hard to see. Imagine Smoked...

I love those. They look amazing, but I don't think they'll look good on any other color vehicle :(

When I race I take the Big one off. At shows I move the OEM. I am odd I know but I drive with both everyday. I like being very different

duhh!! extra downforce for the rear tires...o wait, elantras are FWD...decreased handling maybe?

Ok guys, let's get back on topic.

I wasn't aware that these covers were available for the 04-05 models. I think they would look best on a silver or red Elantra. Still, they look damn good on your black XD2, so I may have to consider buying them in the future. Now if only DreamaK4u was more user-friendly.

I mean, you actually have to email the dude to order since their online system is completely absurd
But the taillight is listed for 58 or something
I got it for 53 because i simply asked for a slight discount
They reply very quickly and shipping only took about a week and a half (8 business days) Also I live in NY
ANyways, thanks for the compliment, they are def worth the money!
