My girlfriend's Dad is in the Army and he wants to organize a group of people to sign up so that Virginia can have a US Army license plate. So, here is something I whipped up in half hour. It's my first time using Frontpage if you can believe that, usually I do everything myself. I have to talk to him about it and see what kind of info he wants to put on there. When it's complete we'll have it hosted elsewhere of course.
