finally, after a year, im going to have a hot tub
last year, my best friends mom gave me her old hot tub, because she did not want to put anymore money into it. that winter, my friend did not fill it w/ antifreeze, and the heater manifold was filled with water, which froze, and cracked the manifold
well, once it got to my house, i used some jb weld on the cracks, let it fill with water, was holding fine. SWEET i thought. electrician wants 300$ to wire it up, my friend wants 50-75$. well, being me, im not gonna spend an extra 225$ to get it done, so i wait for my friend. never gets it done. find another guy who does it for 50$ plus parts (25$) get it wired up last month. turn it on, manifold cracks. damn
well, i find a new manifold (which i shouldve done 1st) and the other pieces to attach it to the other parts, 58$ plus 7$ shipping. should be here in a few days, which means im about to have a hot tub up and running next week.
