How do I make this work? Someone put this in my flame thread and well if I can get a new car I dont see whats wrong with it..

My Problems so far with the car
1- Passenger Side Headlight Fogged up Bad (Replaced by Dealer)

2- Horn Stopped Working (Havn't even contacted dealer yet)

3- Driver Side Headlight Peeling (Dealer told me I put aftermarket cover over it.. ya w/e)

4- Steering Makes Clicking noise every 20 degrees and makes loud cracking noise sometimes, where the wheel leads into the dash its off 1-2 inches (Dealer told me it's fine and just mechanical sounds..)

5- Belts under the hood whining really loud (Shifting from Park to Drive, Reverse, 1-3) Dealer fails to find problem somehow stops when I bring it in... :(

Car has 3,214 Miles as of today

Lemon law is this:

If your car has been to the dealer for the SAME problem 3 times, they have one more time to fix it.

If your car has been down for 15 days, and you contact the manufactuer, then they have 16 more days to fix it.

I'm sorry you got a beat car, but didn't you mess it up by taking a corner at a really high speed though?

Don't blame the manufactuer for something you caused.

Now onto everything else, that isn't part of the lemon law, that is just bad luck on your part. It has to be something that causes you to not be safe or a reapeatable problem.

Like I told you on the phone, go to another dealer and don't tell them anything about the previous dealer. If you haven't been black flagged by the first dealer then they will take it in and tell you everything wrong with it.

Don't let one dealers bad attitude ruin your ideas of Hyundai in general.

If I told you how many customers I get from other dealers you would laugh.

So far in the 6 months we have been open, we are 993 out of 1000 for customer satisfaction survies.

We take customers at face value and treat them like it was our car. GO TO ANOTHER DEALER.

plain and simple

ya I'm bringing it to another dealer in a few days bro.. was just wondering what the laws applied to.. I'd rather have my car fixed then a new one (stereo system and rims already on this one) :)

Gun5 - you should check Texas law, I believe Lemon Laws vary depending on the state. I could be wrong, but I think it does. In Florida, everything sed said is true, and we get a copy of Florida's Lemon Laws when we purchase our new vehicles (state law requires they give you a copy here and you have to sign a letter stating you received the booklet).

The only thing I know about Lemons in Illinois is the SAME problem 3 times thing, like sed mentioned... I don't know if we have any more lemon clauses than that.
