Well, I figured it was time for the other ride to come out, my father and I recently invested in a 1986 Porsche 911 Carrera. Its somewhat stock now, minus an upgraded brembo big brake kid, exhaust, coilovers and a K & N drop in filter. The car has 153,000 miles on it, and runs like a champ. Ill get the rundown of everything that has been put into it so far.

That's beautiful. The only part that I dislike about older cars is that the interior is so "old" looking, haha. If I were to jump on a project like this I'd try my best to make the interior look 2000+'ish. (I saw an old GTI with a TT dash/interior conversion once, nice stuff).

Yep,the paint on the car is soon to be 20 years old this august. The synchronizers on the tranny aren't functioning properly, so we plan on dropping out the engine, and getting the transmission rebuilt this winter. While the engine is out, were going to be doing a rebuild and pumping up the 200 horsepower engine.

Beautiful. That car was someone's baby. It's in really good condition inside and out. Ah, there's nothing quite like a classic Porsche. My uncle has a '70's 914/6. That little thing hauls ***! (and handles like a dream - it's a street-legal 150hp go-kart!) :D
