I dont see how they would be able to mess up your wheels alighnment, but I'm not sure.

By removing the drivers side suspension, it is very easy to fluck up his alignment.

Now, if you bring it back, they may give you a hard time cause of the springs. Or they may not. Give it a shot. :(

He does not have springs any more. So that should not be a problem. Definitely take it back to the dealership.

Or they can just say that you hit a curb or run one over.....

They would have had to pull his 'dog bones' too, so I say take it back, they shouldn't give you a hard time - I would hope anyways.

it's a freakin' alignment.

my dealer did my alignment, tire pressure check, and wheel balance all for free just to figure out what's wrong with the car when i brought the car in for vibration 2 years ago.

they'll definitely do it.

They should do it without a problem - the sooner you take it back the less time there was for them to say YOU did something wrong with it.

If they replaced your tranny with no problem with the mods you have/had, then the alignment should be no problem.

its shouldnt be under warranty, they should do it because they were the ones who messed it up!

Yeah thats not right, take the car down there, you have more of an impact on their decision if you are in person, its a lot easier to tell a person 'no' over the phone.

At Nissan , we replaced a tranny in a murano recently and had to take the whole cradle down, the wheel alignment was out after that and we corrected it before we even called the customer to tell him the vehicle was done.
Thats the way service should be.

That's exactly how it should be done - something they screw up should be fixed in the same visit....I don't know how many times I used to take my car in to fix something, and another thing would feel totally wrong with it afterwards.
