Yep I also have the prob of bumper cracking or breaking where they connect to the body. What I did was to add metal in the fiberglass ie. fiberglass/metal/fiberglass then drilling a hole through the three layers then screwing it all together. Hope you understand what I mean. I drove around like that fo rtwo weeks. Duct tape is the bomb.

You mean you didnt take the metal off the stock bumper to use for instal... I drilled out the rivets in the stocky... and used that metal piece for support.. for rear and front... I thought that is what you were suppose to do.. :)

I love your're car Dropped02xd, but the problems that you are having are the exact reason I don't want a kit. It seems like 95% of cars that you see with a kit have some problem. Either it being cracked, or just fitting crappy.

damn if your having problems i can just imagine if i buy a kit i have 15 inch rims with 195-50 and i got the intrax springs i would be sitting on the ground just about. so maybe i shouldnt do it but i want a body kit cause it looks so good

Didnt you have the whole duct tape front bumper? If so, time to do the rear!

It might also depend on what springs/rims u got. I'm on Eibach's so it's not too low. But I didn't like how my 17's filled the wheel well. Now I got 18's and am glad I never got lower springs. Ask Ford, my wheel well is filled nice. Plus I think my cars height is a little more due to the bigger rims/tires. Hopefully it'll give me more clearance when I get my kit..

what size tires do you have, is there any rubing with 18's?

For about the last month, the idea of an R34 kit has been coming in and out of my head... with this post reminding me of the problems people have had (not just R34, but kits in general) I think I'll stay away from the full bumper kits.

Don't worry, I will call you names if you don't get it fixed.

I do applaude you however for not being scared to put pics up, good work.
