CF wing, hood and fenders....very nice....i like it! :D i'm going to be helping out my brother in law with his 00 SI build up...i cant wait! it has 155K and still pulls like a motha! :D

I know everyone's opinoin is different, and what you like is what matters - but unpainted CF on a car is just like a stick on hood scoop to me :(

Still, this car is not bad, especially compared to what else we've seen out there.

I think the CF wouldn't look as bad if the front bumper skin was CF, too...

Still, I agree -- the whole car should be painted to match. No offence meant, but to me that's the single biggest "rice" thing out there. It might look OK if you paint the rest of the body gloss black and leave the hood and fenders CF, though.

The weight savings for the CF front end should help performance.

Well, I like it. I think it looks pretty sweet. I agree that the front bumper would look better if it were CF, but the front lip looks cool too. Like Ilan said can you measure the front lip please?

isnt it rice if it looks stupid too? plus, unless there is a 600hp engine under the hood and its used for drag racing, it IS rice since he doesnt need the lack of weight with that 87hp engine in there to drive on the street

I agree with the CF fenders and stock hood, but ya know... Everybody on this site uses the word "rice" so much it's really getting old and played out. It seems that if some people see a car and it's not their exact tastes then they automaticaly call it rice. Now i'am definately not one on giant aluminum wings and tons of stickers, but IMO this Civic is far from rice.

uh i wouldnt go so far as to call this car rice.

but if the gy wants advice id match more colors.. dont get me wrong, i believe cf is goodas cf usually. but this has too many dif colors in the front, like the fogs and lip.

Dude the corners are JDM...more than likely made by Vision. The whole car is influenced by JDM styling, so clear corners IMO would throw the direction of the car off.

It is a work in progress is what i would call it. I live at the shore and there are a bunch of idiots driving around with ugly civics and chevy cavs. I cant describe what little taste some of these people have. But i would not call this one rice. CF is expensive so i would call it uncle bens...jk

I think it would look better in black and CF.
Red and CF = cop just waiting for the owner to get behind the wheel and put the key in the ignition.
