they are arkansas plates.. you gotta know arkansas people to be able to laugh at it lol

I gone down to Arkansas a lot and I can vouch for the above statements :D A small town in AR is worse than the city of St. Louis...

Wonder if the guy in the truck survived the azz whooping that he got from the owner of the ferrari. Lord knows I would want to kill him 10x over.
