Could this be used for CVVT engines?

I saw this and thought it might be kinda neat to install in the dash/somewhere for those of us with the VVT....the question is, do we have a solenoid that operates the VVT?

Spike is right, CVVT is intended to reduce emissions and increase MPGs slightly. This is why I'm considdering disabling the CVVT module on my 04. I wonder what kind of a difference it would make, and if it would affect the engine negatively. Furthermore, I have NO idea how one goes about disabling it, but that shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
