You need a mounting kit either from Hyundai or from the store, both will work. You will also need a wiring harness adapter.

You definetly need the wiring harness and some patience. BestBuy carries them for about $18, I am sure you can find them somewhere else cheaper. You probably will not need a dash kit.

You can also use some black foam available at Michael's or another craft-style place to make a surround for your deck if you don't want to spend the $ for the mounting kit; that's what I did for my Sony that was smaller than the opening.
The black thin foam sheet is usually near the felt sheets; the stuff I got was a sheet about 11X8" and about 1/16" thick.
Wire the unit in with one of the adapter harnesses ryankalel mentioned -- I've found that the white "12 position Euro style terminal strips" that radio shack sells work great for hooking the radio wires to the adapter harness. Those terminal strips are fully enclosed (the wires go into little plastic tunnels in the terminal strip), there's no soldering, the wires make excellent connection and the terminals don't seem to come loose over time.
Next, bolt the deck to the factory metal bracket and then mount the factory bracket back into the dash. Turn the car on and make sure everything works.
Then, cut a strip of the black foam stuff long enough to go up each side and across the top, about 1/2" wide. Then fold the strip of black foam sheet in half and push the cut edge of it between the radio housing and the one-piece Hyundai dash piece that goes around the radio, climate control, gauges, etc, before snapping/screwing the dash piece in place while leaving about 1/16 to 1/8" of the rounded fold of foam sticking out. That will blend your radio into the face of the dash.
Something I didn't try but might make it easier to hold the foam in while putting the dash face back on would be to tape the foam to the top and sides of the radio housing before putting the dash face on.
Hope that helps.
