here it is, the zex wet kit #82021 nitrous install diy. very detailed pics to come (in a day or two)
TOOLS/SUPPLIES:
various wrenches, sockets, volt meter, phillips/flathead screwdriver, spool of 16ga red wire, spool of 16ga black wire, thread sealer paste (NOT TAPE!!!, bits of the tape can clog lines), wheather strip adhesive (waterproff), drill, various drill bits, carpet knife.
NITROUS PARTS/ MISC PARTS:
zex kit #82021, purge kit(optional), rapid fire module(optional), ngk plugs(bkr6es-11), 190 walboro fuel pump, trans cooler(auto), upgraded clutch(manual), nitrous pressure gauge, a/f gauge, fuel rail adapter (fordfastrr) various jets, blown down tube (required at tracks), switches(nos arming, purge), second fuse panel (makes wiring so much easier, no tapping into exixting wires. bought at a marine store).
INSTALL:
1) get a friend to help, its much easier :)
2) disconnect battery
3) decide where the bottle is going to be mounted.
4) make a mounting platform, or attatch the mounting brackets where you want the bottle.
5) remove the intake assembly, set aside
6) drill hole where your going to run the main nos line from the bottle to the engine bay. my bottle is located behind the drivers seat. i drilled the hole thru the carpet and out the bottom of the car. use a grommet to fill the hole and run the line thru it. use weathstrip adhesive to seal in the grommet.
7) run main nos line along the drivers side of car along the brake lines. zip tie as you go. run line up and into top of the engine bay near brake booster. leave there, you will come back to it later.
8) mount nitrous management unit (NMU) to firewall. make sure you test fit the fuel line to find correct placement of (NMU).
9) 3 wires coming from NMU (red/black/white) red- run to 12volt source, black to ground, white to tps sensor wire.
-TPS sensor wire-this wire is the middle wire (BLUE/BCK STRIPE) you can find out the wire by putting a volt meter on the wire that has an increased reading on the volt meter. the car will have to be running to find this out.
10) mount the purge solenoid on the firewall about 6" to the left of the NMU.
11) wire the purge solenoid-2 wires coming from this
1st wire tap into 12 volt source and connect same wire to purge switch. 2nd wire connect to ground.
12) drill hole into intake tube from 6" to 9" from TB. make sure you drill the hole in a good spot as the fogger will be installed and you dont want the fogger to hit on anything (i.e. hood, master cylinder). use the tap that cam with the kit to tap the drilled hole. thuroughly clean and remove all metal bits from inside intake tube. you dont want these ending up inside the engine.
13) use thread sealer past and apply to the threads of the fogger. screw fogger into intake tube. make sure when you put the figger into the intake the opening of the fogger inside the tube is SPRAYING TWORD THE TB!!!!
14) now you can start to run all the braided steel lines.
15) attatch the main nos line from the bottle to NOS IN the NMU
16) from the fuel rail adapter, run that line to FUEL IN the NMU
17) install the jets you want. both NOS and FUEL.
18 now from the NMU, run the line from the NOS out to the fogger (nos)
19) now from the NMU, run the line from the FUEL out to the fogger (fuel)
20) if your using a purge kit, go back to step 15, attatch the purge braided line to the nos in on the NMU. there will be a fitting on this to run 2 lines. 1 goes into the NMU, the other goes into the IN PURGE solenoid.
21) use the metal tube supplied with the purge kit to run the purge sprayer.
22) tighten all braided lines, use thread sealer only on NON TAPERED fittings. tapered fitting will seal themselves.
23) recheck all electricle connections.
24) re-connect the battery
PROGRAMMING THE ACTIVATION SWITCH:
1) turn vehicle on, NOT RUNNING
2)turn on NOS master arming switch
3) on the NMU, locate the black push button switch. press, then release.
4) look at he led lihtson the NMU, it should be RED
5) red indicates that the NMU is in "learning mode"
6) go iside car. press gas pedal to floor(WOT) hold there for 10 seconds.
7) go back and look at the NMU. the led should be flashing continuously from red to green to off (no light)
8) now the NMU has learned the voltage curve of the TPS sensor.
9) with the key still on the on position, turn the master nos arming switch off.
10)now turn the master nos arming switch back on.
11) now the led on the NMU should be solid green ( this indicates that the NMU is ready to be armed and activated at WOT.
12) get back into the drivers seat. press the gas pedal (WOT) a couple of times. you should hear the solenoid clicking at WOT.
13) at this point the activation switch is fully programed and ready for use.
you may want to remove the fogger from the intake tube, hold away from your face and rev the engine at WOT. the fogger will spray. this is to be sure that everything is working before you go to the street/track and try it out. CAUTION< the fogger will spray nos and gas so care should be taken.
i forgot to mention the locations of the nos arming switch and the purge switch. i used the blanks next to the cluster illumination button for the purge switch. the nos arming switch, i drilled a hole beside the fuse access panel and wired it there. use weatherstrip adhesive to seal all wires ran thru firewall. its a good idea to use grommets as well.
plenty of detailed pics very soon.
NOW ITS TIME TO START SPRAYING !!!!!!!!!!!
HAPPY JUICING. dont forget to change plugs after 10 bottles.
special thanks goes out to brian mobley for helping me with the install.
also, many thanks to fordfastrr for all the help and coming thru with the fuel rail adapter. :D :D :D
FORD>> please feel free to add, or clarify anything on this DIY. i may have left a coupl things out. thanks alot man.

as far as installing the gauges..i havent gotten that far. and i still dont know where they will go.
ok here is a nitrous jetting guide. ford mentioned when he put in the jets for the 80 shot, it didnt scream like it should. so he went down 3 fuel jet sizes and it screamed then. so this guide should be about right based on his calculations.
43n-25f=80 shot
42n-24f=75 shot
41n-23f=70 shot
40n-22f=65 shot
39n-21f=60 shot
38n-20f=55 shot
37n-19f=50 shot
