    I went on the Brian Cowler website and found these two under 4G63, id like to be able to use there valve keepers paired with the titaniun retainers aswell.

    Can you give me a part number for the springs, or is it just generic 4G63 valve springs? Can we run 4G63 retainers aswell?

    Yes, the Beta 2 non-cvvt is the head you want. You can use 4g63t valve springs. I have them in my car, they are quite a bit stiffer than stock. Lots of

    The cam on bucket with shims that the xh has is better. But only because a hydraulic lifter takes longer to react. Now if you didn't care about performance.
