Hello you responed to a post of mine in regards to a 2000 elantra that would'nt start since i have checked the relays what i have found is the fuel pump relay isn't getting a single on wht/yel coming from ECM . i jumped the post for wht/yellow and the fuel pump will come on how ever still won't fire . Now i do have a fuel leak i have yet to find can a fuel leak cause the ECM to to allow the car to start .

I haven't done any performance modifications other than K&N panel filter and exhaust. Never had the urge to drive my Elantra over 80mph so wasn't even aware the cut off was 115. Try posting in the forums. I don't think timing is adjustable. I know some people have added separate or piggyback controllers with turbos and superchargers, but I'm not sure what extent those controllers did. Try searching the turbo threads.

hey man i had a few questions, im thinking my car may need some timming tweeking, well im not to sure what the timming is now, but id like to get it to pull alittle harder threw the revs, anyways it runs okay i quess but im not happy with top end speed at all, plus it shuts off at 115 or so, just wondering if you new where i could find out how to advance or retard timming on the car to make it rip alittle better. i went to school for auto mechanics and am not dunb with working with cars im just worried about messing with somthin i never messed with befor, my elantra has one cam gear then under the valve cover the one cam runs the other with chain, iv never messed with an engine like this, lol. get back to me when you can on me adjusting the cars timming for better performance. thanks bud
