Error starting new thread

While trying to start a new thread in the other cars and car news forum, I get this error:

It's interesting that he couldn't start any other thread than the one complaining about not being able to start a new thread...

I thought it was interesting, myself. It'd let me start a new thread in this forum, but not in "off topic" or "other cars..."
