Hello from Houston, Tx

Hey everyone.. I'm Rhual from Houston.. I am new around here, but definitely not the car forums.. I just recently picked up a 2010 Hyundai Elantra Gls, after i found out that my 07 Corolla was totaled in a wreck i recently had, i had put a lot into it, from engine mods, to coilovers, rims, etc.. But after driving my Elantra for a week i couldn't be any more happier.. I love everything about it..
I have plans for a lot of mods for it too.. I can't stand driving a stock car.. Lol!
First off it's still stock, so I will be getting the windows tinted soon followed by rims, coilovers, then possibly a cat back exhaust system and so on.. I hope to gain friends here, just like i was able to do at all the other forums in the past.. I will have some pics uploaded hopefully tomorrow..

I have noticed that.. Further plans for a turbo kit also but its tough finding them online.. Only site i found so far was jattus performance.. But first i will just start off with suspension and body mods..

Okay.. My starting mod list will most likely be..
- Window tint
- Hids in low beams/high beams/fogs
- Possibly change my tail lights to the led style.. (there was a set on shark racing.com)
- Rims
- Lowering springs maybe (H&R Sport Springs) unless i should go the coilover route.. What you guys think? Sorta on a budget for the next year, gotta pay off some loans..
- maybe add a lip spoiler to the trunk..
- Got a Jvc Navigation Headunit that is double-din, that i took out of my totaled 07 Corolla.. Can anybody tell me where i can find a kit that dont have me hacking up my dash, because its hard finding them out there..
- Not many air intakes to choose from, but i will keep looking

Mods to be installed once i get the extra cash possibly early 2013 if not sooner..
-Cat back exhaust system
-Turbo kit

Also guys out of the things listed above if anyone has any great ideas of parts that maybe great for my 2010, any help would be much appreciated.. This is my first Hyundai, always been a Toyota owner up until now.. So I am pretty new to what mods are out there on the market, for the Elantra..

Well.. My first two mods are in the book.. Window tint done.. 5% back doors and back window, with 35% front doors.. Then i just switched my JVC Navigation system that i had, from my Corolla into the HD..
I will post pics as soon as i can get them uploaded..

If you are still looking for some HID's ddm tunning gots some great kits out there for like 50 bucks, if you are looking for a more expensive set carID gots some for 100 bucks. Hope i helped

Got the Hid's (8000k low beam and 3000k for my fogs) just gotta get them installed.. Then i will post up pics of them along with the tint and head unit pics. Not too much longer, hopefully i can get them posted by Monday..

Lol! So far I haven't had anyone flash me or turn around and fire shots at me, so I'm guessing there isn't much glare coming from them.. Also I am somewhat low to the ground now, so depending on how low you are.. I might not be a nuisance at all.. Lol

It's been so long since I made any posts on here it seems, but here are some current pics of my car slammed on ksport kontrol pro coilovers, 5% tint on back doors and back glass and 30 or 35% on front windows, my interior at night, with the dvd/navigation double din jvc kwnt30hd, a side view of my current hid setup, sorry bout the glare my cell cam sucks for night shots.. The rims are white with a black lip ( I think 2.25 inch lip, but not completely sure) I will work on posting more up later when I get the chance.. Car needed a wash in these pics..
