Damn window broke/off railed

I was driving tonight and i put down my window, then i notice the window is going down a little diagonally, basically looking like a tooth, or an upside down V (kinda)...at first im like oh cool, never knew my windows did th-wait. wtf?

Now i cant close the window - anywhere higher than half way the window comes inside like this / and im way too scared to kee pressing the button to put it up.

Either something inside the door broke (i have no idea in hell how) or the window is simply derailed. i can manually move my window myself...

Any of you guys know what could have happened? Worried as hell, can't drive around with my window down. Yet alone leave my car outside overnight like this.
