Horrid service from these jerks? -_-

I purchased a short antenna from http://www.arkspeedracing.com/
I've read that it was the place to buy it on. It's been a month today and still nothing.
I emailed them 3 times and no reply, and it says it was shipped but when i look up the tracking number it does not exist. The heck is going on? :/
I don't want my 60$ to go to waste

Anyone else had bad service from these people?

I know they used to be very well liked a few years ago. I hope that's still the case. Dumb question, are you sure you are emailing to the correct address?

Yeah, i got a response until i decided to call them. They said they did send it, but USPS lost it. I'll call USPS tomorrow and flipppp ****tt. Should I try to get something out of them or something? :/ Its been 1 months and 5 days...

Now they have to make a claim with USPS...that it'll take many months..wtf. -_- not cool.

USPS is government ran, it's not guaranteed. Like everything else the government does, gov officials get quality service and public gets crap.

Make sure the shipper uses UPS or FedEx, they have guaranteed service even at base level.

Thanks, i know now never to order from them..now i'll have to wait x months...sigh. so much for new antenna for the summer.
