well... i had my elantra for a couple of years. it is my first car. crashed it a couple of times, tore it apart. u know, because it sucks a fat one. the cold air intake sucked up some water and i just decided, to hell with it. now that i've got a real man's car... (bmw e30) (OO=[][]=OO) <--bazzingaa! ... I left the hyundai in my yard for about a year. It's been a while now and this rice bowl has been sitting but i've decided it was time to take advantage of the hyundai's uselessness. since it cant corner, look good, be RWD, be generally good, make me look attractive, not suck, stop getting the neighborhood kids from laughing at me, its going to become my new ratrod/godknowswhat/???/pos/mudplugger. here's a glimpse into the past. the e30. omg, I recommend it to anyone. no traction control, 200hp(for now) RWD, pure unadulterated racing heritage

Anyway, about the hyundai. I cant seem to make it look good no matter how I move things apart. It's going to be tricky. o well. I think this is the first time this has ever been tried

I finally got my car tuned just the other day. I was shooting for 400 whp, and I think it got pretty damn close. There was still a little bit of room to go, however considering the condition of my bottom end we figured it's best we leave it at this:




Overall I am happy with the results! It has woken up compared to the 230 whp I drove in with, and it is an absolute blast to drive. I actually have to hang on now

OK, so. i looked at the motor and trans and... i think it may be possible to just drop it in the back. rr. the auto trans activates with a wire so mebs i can do this. i slightly dont want to **** this up and waste a lantra. what do you guys thing. should i just make a naked off road derby car? or go all the way with my own metal work and body work and make this shape

There are thousands upon thousands of J2's out there, so what is one ugly one compared to the rest of them.

Same with e30's. The e30 was the biggest euro chick car of the 80's. That is why they are so square, small, and non aggresive. Yeah, you put the eyebrow on your e30, but that just reminds me of a lady with a unibrow.

Plus he has to impress the neighbor kids in his 20 something year old 4 cyl bmw because thats what being a man is all about.
