Is there a certain size hubcentric ring to get (depending on the wheel or the vehicle)?
Is metal or polycarbonate better?
What size tuner lugs are required (depend on the car of the wheel bought)?

Please let me know.

You need hubcentric rings for a 67.1mm hub size (inner diameter). The outer diameter of the ring depends on the bore size of the wheel.

I had bad experiences with plastic hubcentric rings which were just not very precise for my application, and I had one that was completely off-center. I found that if you don't get hubcentric rings from the wheel manufacturer, then the next best thing is to get machined aluminum rings from DiscountTireDirect on Ebay:

And when you install them, use some anti-seize compound around the mating surface so they don't get rusted into place.

I can't remember the lug size, maybe someone else can help there.
