Amazing that they (Mookeh/Quest) keep getting cheaper and cheaper. Of course, the auction will probably make it up to $500.

Crap? No way. Those are the street coilovers but they arent crap. I have the race set, had them for a while now... are they crap, nope. There was a design defect that was fixed though. I should know, im the one who found out about it.

Opinions are like *******s. Until you get your teins and my quest on a track and see who makes it around faster thats what you got.

How about this.

I know for a fact that they are crap in comparison since I have actually owned both. Trust me when I tell you that there is no comparison between the two coilovers. Mookeeh aka Quest coilovers are total junk compared to the Teins.

Now, to be fair about it, they are also about 1/3 the price. But, like Only1db said, they have been reported to explode by a couple members and I personally did not want to risk it.

Well, that being the case, why did you even open your mouth to begin with?
I mean seriously, the topic is on THOSE coilovers and you trashed Only1db for his comments.

But even that being said, I would still lay bets on the Teins being a better performing coilover then any Mookeeh/Quest coilovers out there. Also, it doesn't change the fact that Quest coilovers have been known to explode.

BTW, which quests do you have and can you post a link?

The reason I ask is the ones I had were the HS and the only upgrade i am aware of from that is the HR which has the pillow ball mounts. They still use the same damper and springs.

not to mention that TEIN is known around the world as being a leader in suspension components for the last oh....ten years!!
