Thread: New Nissan Concept

    Default New Nissan Concept

Look closely at that the bottom of the TACH. looks like a factory boost gauge

Terry Heick, Editor in Chief says:
Honda says the hatch is dead, but Nissan thinks otherwise. Thank God for Nissan, eh?

Considering hatchbacks got the “sport compact” market started, with legends like the Civic Si, Volkswagen GTi, Dodge Omni GLH-S, and even less well-known jewels like the Corolla FX16, it has been amazing to see the market mature and walk away from it as a genre. Combining useful utility (as utility is wont to be) and often exceptional aesthetics, the hatchback may be a quiet market, but the potential is always there—even for a schizophrenic US market.

Looks pretty cool. The wheels aren't very attractive, but probably wouldn't make it to production anyway, so it doesn't matter too much.

I really hope the new Accent 3-door looks like a more traditional hatchback.

Just another hatch with a bunch of technology that is already all over the market... yawn. Good for nissan, i guess. They don't really have something to compete in that overly crowded, past-its-prime market, do they?

Yep, that looks like a bosst gauge.
I'm lovin' that interior, but I'll still take the Azeal concept over that.

It looks a lot like a Renault--I guess the parent company's styling is starting to trickle down to Nissan.

    No sunroof = good.

The back is a little strange. I like the scoop style though.

Nismo wow. Intresting how car companies are starting to turn to aftermarket companies for support. Kinda takes out the fun of modding, very nice car nonetheless.
