I'm really glad I was able to help people. I posted this notice on a few sites and I got a lot of crap, everyone assumes that the non backward compatibility issue is common knowledge. Not everyone knows that. I knew about the ps3 disks not being able to be played, but I didn't expect digital content to be a problem. I have so much money invested in PSN content, and now it's gone. They are working on a app that will allow streaming older content like the ps1, ps2 and ps3 to the ps4, but who knows when that will happen. Summer?

Look into Playstation Now, I think it's a solution to your problem. It's coming out this summer.

F*** "backwards compatibility" i still have and use my ps1, (actually all my first gens, 2nd gens, slim/fat editions etc)
