I'm installing my third clutch, and i've noticed the fidanza/F1 stage 2 as an option, I've decided to follow...

I'm at 215k miles so I'll probably be replacing main bearings and seals...wooo....

They're all relatively close. You would want to get a new flywheel or have your old one resurfaced upon replacement of your clutch. Usually they will need replacement if you can see any cracks, burns, pits, or blueing.

Usually the best option is to replace your flywheel. Google F1 Racing stage one clutch kit, Look for one with a flywheel. A lot of people here have used F1 racing without problems.
