Look this might be a completely stupid thought but I am running into kind of the same problem with my car. I can only say what I was told by another individual, Your rotors maybe warped. If the wheels are put on with a torque wrench they can't use more than 60lbs of pressure. If they do it somehow warps your rotors. I have to say when I had the wheels on prior to putting on my new rims the breaks were fine but when I put the new ones on and had them checked out by on of the local shops I think the did the above and screwed my rotors. I just bought new rotors online through ebay, cross-drilled, and hopefully I will not run into this problem again. Again this is just a thought. Hope that helps alittle.
