I was just wondering if there is anyone in here that is in the Central Texas Area... ie. Austin or surrounding?

Myself and Gregster are here in S.A. There's was another guy, wade, but I don't think he's registered on the new site and think he's been focusing on other things the last year so I don't think he's got the time for meets and stuff.

Cool, wyat do y'all do on Saturday nights? We hold a weekly meet in Round Rock, I'd love it if you would like to attend. We need to show these guys what they H's are all about.

desband, it is off of 35 north of austin. Go through austin and pflugerville, and it is the next town you come to. If you would like to meet us out there some weekend, let me know, and I'll give you full directions. The place we meet at is called RPM Indoor Raceway, and it is right on 35. Let me know.

I'd be interested in comming down ur way, seein as nothing is happening up here- Round rock is about 3.5 hours away, not that big of a trip. Going to be in Austin July 23-25 for Texas HeatWave auto show, dunno if anyone else planned to be here- but would like ta meet up with some of u- let me know whats up aight. ~Andrew

Sure. Just get on IH-35 and head north. When you get into Round Rock, start looking for the Business 35 exit. I don't remember the exit #, but it is the next one past 1325. Get off there and go left accross the hwy. and then left on the access road (going back south on the access road). You will see a Burger King, and RPM Indoor Raceway. We are in the RPM Indoor Raceway parking lot. We usually get there anytime between 7:30-8:00 and stay until everybody wants to go home. Hope to see you there.

I'll be down there late on the 23rd- leaving on the 25th. Gonna stay at a motel in austin somewhere semi close to where heatwave is held.- hmm, sounds like a good party environment... any thoughts on this.

Is the Heat Wave going to be at the Travis Co. Expo Center this year? If so, don't count on too much of a party. The crowds there have gotten pretty rowdy in past years, so the law enforcement has gotten pretty tough.

i think it is, and ur right- the police are prolly out to nail everyone. Aww, oh well, im still gonna have a good time. Not to familiar with the area, maybe one of yall could direct myself and friend to a club, bar to whatever- gots to enjoy the night life.

Well, you are coming to the Live Music Capitol of the World you know. And, if it's anything like last year, they're gonna kick you out at 9 o'clock every night. It used to be really cool, now it's just really lame. While you're in town, go to 6th street. All of the bars and night clubs are there. Let me know what you would like to do while in town, and I'll do my best to direct you somewhere.

I don't think that parking lot is going to happen anymore. I am going to try to find another one in North Austin this weekend. I will let you know what I find.
