$300 Carbon Fiber Hood For Sale Fits 2001 2002 2003 (By Fiber-Images)

I have a complete vented carbon fiber hood I bought in 2004 for an 03 elantra gt. It has been in storage the last 3 years. It will fit a 01, 02 and 03. I have pictures of the hood on my car, and of the hood taken today before I packed it so it's ready for shipping. There are a few places that aren't perfect, actually...they are both on the very edges. Not noticeable but I did take close up pics of them.

I will mail to the 48 states. I'm asking $500 (that will also covering the shipping costs) obo. (Paypal)

damit why do all the carbon fiber hoods for sale have to be for th xd! sorry back on topic nice hood good luck with the sale.

What do you mean, songee? I thought it was the 04-06 xd2 hoods that were common, and the 01-03 were more rare.
I'dd love to have a cf hood for my 01 but definitely do not have the $$$ right now.

well that style is only for the xd and i have allways loved it! and this is the second or thrid one to go up for sale.

I was under the impression this hood would fit any elantra 01-03? Is that not the case? or do you know?

01 to 03... yes
04 to 06, no

Well, songee... make the Xd2 to XD conversion and u'll have your CF hood !

If it didn't need to be shipped we could work out a $$. Just let me know if you're seriously interested. I'm pretty motivated to sale. I have a new baby who I love more than my hood.

Biddeford.

And based on a "quick quote" it's looking like about a $100 extra in shipping costs depending on which day how it gets shipped.

I have the same hood that i tried retrofitting to my xd2, I purchased it off this guy on the Cape. The clear coat is all faded and half gone, and the tips that "hug" the sides of the XD grill are missing due to the retrofit. On the plus side, it has mesh covering the scoop. If there's anyone relatively local willing to take it off my hands for $50 that'd be great. I'll post a pic upon request

If you make a trip to Scarborough ON, and get my $500 from carbonman you can ship me the hood plus i'll give you an extra $50
