This is the code that pops up on my code reader... Does anyone know what it could be?
I had all the spark plugs and ignition coils changed last year in March

I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra

It's mean that you have misfire in cylinder number 4. It could happen because of problem with wiring, connectors, bad spark plug, ignition coil, ECU etc. It is just a symptom for many possible problem. You need to investigate it by yourself (if you have some tools and experience) or found good shop/mechanic/friend who will do it for you.

I agree. It's just going to have to be a process of elimination. Did you replace the spark plugs and wires yourself? What brands were used?

If you can pull the coils and plugs yourself swap the plug first with a cylinder has no issues. If 4 still has an issue swap the coils between 2 cylinders. If the problem moves with the plug or coil, you know they are the issue. Cheap coils or plugs can go quickly, the Elantras are really fussy on plugs NGK or Denso plugs work best by far for them. Wires can go but it normally is unusual and fairly easy to see physical wear.
Doing this part yourself will at least stop a garage charging you a fortune to rule out these as the issue or replace them for no reason.
